When you list your home with Circa Properties, we’ll guide you through a three-step home selling process that includes pre-marketing, active marketing and contract-to-closing counsel.
Step 01: Pre-Marketing Advice
Pre-marketing prepares your home for a successful sale.
During this phase of the home selling process, Susan and I — along with our in-house Brand Manager David Nelson— will guide you through the steps you can take to prepare your home for market, and to make your home stand out from others in your neighborhood.
We’ll help you arrive at a fair market price at the beginning of the home selling process that attracts qualified buyers from the outset — when interest in your property is at its peak. Then, we’ll put our marketing expertise to work, spreading the word that your property is coming soon and creating sophisticated promotional materials that show your home at its best.
Step 02: Active Marketing (may include)
Active marketing puts your listing in front of buyers online, in print and in your home. We are constantly “fine-tuning” our marketing to the latest best practices.
Once you’ve completed the pre-marketing checklist and set the stage for your sale, it’s time to show off all your hard work! At Circa Properties, we do that with top-of-the-line photography, skilled graphic design, and vivid sales copy that makes it easy for a buyer to envision living in your home.
We combine these key elements to actively market your property during the home selling process, using techniques few other real estate companies offer, including:
